Plus 4 - Amazing Stories


Tell us an interesting story you've either seen or heard of...

    A few years ago, in Los Angeles, a fabric has blown up three times, making three strong shock waves pass all around the city. On the first explosion, everyone managed to run away and to watch the fire from certain distance. However, there were still people inside the fabric, who tried to run away. Then it came the second explosion, wich made the attempts of scaping almost impossible. A man, Roy, was brave enough to help everyone to get out, but that cost his life, because on the third explosion, he was the only one inside the fabric, and he died. The fire and shock waves destroyed the whole city of Henderson.

    Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. A football match was going on at Maracanã. The stadium was crowded with more than 150,000 fans, well above the legal limit. Then suddenly, the the parapet collapses throwing more than 50 on the fans that are down there. Some hold the iron bars to avoid the fall.
    The wounded was taken in helicopter rescue, and surprisingly the game continues.

    The best video I saw was a competition for canoeing in Australia.
    This video shows the story of a boy who decides to take the fastest way to victory, just getting in a terrible mess. The boy, decides to go through a place full of stones, where canoers not pass, your boat and turns it relates to one of these stones, leaving the boy submerged in water.
    After much struggle of rescue diver, he is removed from the water and disagreement without breathing. Time passes and he returns in itself very weak and scared, but what matters is that he is alive.
    The video draws attention because it contains a lesson that we shouldn’t be ambitious and want to ignore the dangers of life, only to come first than the other, but follow the path safer and more accurate.

    In Zambia, Africa a group of turists decides to go on a Safari.The small airplane barely takes off the ground when the pilot says:We're slightly overweight.At first the passangers don't take it seriously and even make a few jokes about it, but when they realise the plane is getting back to the ground they start to panic.The group of turists hit the ground once and the pilot takes off the plane back int to the sky.They hit the ground again.But this time they couldn't take off again.
    The Turists run to get out of the small plane,because they knew it was going to explode.Out of the plane they find themselves in to another challenge.They were lost in the middle of the jungle.
    Luckly the natives hear their screaming and save them from the death.The pilot was prosecuted.

    The video that in my opinion is the most amazing one is about this woman who was stucked inside her car that fell in a very fast river. The car could turn by any minute and she would drown. There were a lot of people trying to save her, however they couldn't get inside the river, so they decided to pull the car with a rope. While they were doing it the car turned upside down and was dragged until it hit a tree and turned again allowing the ones that were trying to help to rescue her.
    She was taken to the hospital, and survived without serious injuries. She was very lucky to have so many people trying to save her and to have hit that tree, otherwise she would just had been washed away and drown.

    Four professional fishermen were fishing at 300 kilometers from the coast in Louisiana, USA. Everything was going alright, when suddenly, a inexpected pang happens, it was a spleen shark of six feet. The tripulation pulls the shark into the boat. Now the predator of the waters rests now harmless in the deck. The men thought the shark was dead, they examine their sharp teeth and his jaw, then the steward has the bright idea to stick his hand inside the shark's throat to remove the hook, however, the shark wasn't dead and when the man puts his hand into the throat, the shark bites him and he doesn't open his mouth easily, so the men use a crowbar to opens the shark's mouth, when he finally manages to remove his hand from there, he realizes that the shark had leaved nine holes in his hand, he was loosing to much blood, and to make matters worse, they don't have a first aid kit on board, they put acetone in the wound, in order that it was the only thing they had. The man recovered and returned to work soon, but the trauma won't be easily forgotten.

    The most amazing video that I have ever seen happened in Australia. One Day, Sean was in a park with his son feeding some kangaroos with loaves of bread. He had always done that and had never felt an accident but that day he felt one. He was calmly feeding the animals when suddenly one kangaroo with a weight of 100 kg attacks Sean cutting his neck and kicking his legs. Sean told that one cut was so deep that he had to have 30 points to heal the cut. His son told that, this day was the most frightening day ever to him. They learned that you can’t give food to wild animals because they can suddenly attack you and cause you seriously damages.

    This story took place in Mexico, the Plaza de toros, which opens the gate and enter a toro angry that runs toward the audience and aa label protection and begin to apply the gore in horror as people start to skip the screen saver. To contain the animal was necessary that the bullfighters moving. "Today the bulls had their revenge."

    In Mexico, a bear comes out of the mountains and goes to the town looking for their lost baby bear, scaring the population. The police try to catch it, but it rises with fear in a post with high voltage lines, and may be electrocuted. The animal was very scared, and the police was afraid of the bear fall from the pole. The veterinarian who was with the team launches a soothing, but the bear was so scared that the medicine was slow to take effect. After one hour, the animal was almost asleep, but struggled to maintain balance on top of the pole until falls and gets a discharge of 7200 volts. Still alive, it was taken to the veterinary hospital, where receives care. The bear stayed in a zoo in the city for some weeks, and after recovering fully, it was freed along with your baby bear that was found.

    In Henderson,had a big explosion that devastated everything in a factory,caused by a small bomb.In the factory,people were working normally when suddenly heard a big noise.The eyewitnesses who worked there,said that had a man who left save himself to save the friends. This man had a dificulties to walk,and he knew,if he was waiting someone to save him,would die because the whole factory was on fire.His friends said that he was a person who liked help the others and in this situtation he would help the other people.
    He helped the friends,forgot save himself unfortunately died. and unfortunately died.
