I don´t like to eat verdures neither legumes and thank God I never suffer from anemia. I resemble my grandfather who never ate this stuff too. He used to reply that his doctor didn´t allowed him to eat beans when asked about it and his mom - lying - always confirmed. flávia torres
As I was saying, people are just interesting in others appearances, the unique who actually wants you to be healthy is your family. By the way, people really takes part in this issue without being permited. I had a classmate who was frequently been humiliating by her grandma. She used to say: "oh dear, you beautiful, but you do need lose some weight"! My friend gets so upset. FTFA
I had already this problem too. It seems that we always have a rude grandmother who likes to be involved with ours causes.
To conclude, people do with their lifes whatever they want and can,with responsability, once they have aimed the majority, of course and be happy!!!! AFTF
For me having a healthy life and having a happy one means to take care of yourself.So, what you consider important to you will happen, therefore is necessary to know who you really are, your limitations and positive points. In my opinion, a healthy life concerns more to your way of thinking than what your eat or what is your daily routine. Nowadays people are always complaining about your exausted life, because they have many activities and little time to do what they intend to do. But in my view it's only an excuse to not practice exercise and go to the gym. In adittion to this, I like to go running and enjoy the leisure time being outdoor apreciating the nature, especially the beach. You can be tired, but after a healthy exercise you will feel very nice and comfortable. Giovandra.

A healthy, happy and satisfactory life is about the way you are. Exercise, a balanced diet is really important and is for sure something that nowadays people don't practise. We need to have good moments. Have moments on your own, with family, friends life is the result of your actions. I try to do exercises, have a good diet for me don't have excuses to don't care myself.
Having a healthy and happy life is something very important, especially nowadays. In my opinion, eating fruits and vegetables is essencial, which means a balanced diet. To complete, do exercise. I know that for many people it is hard to do it everyday, but you may try, at least, three days a week. And having a nice eight-hour sleep would help you during the day. Paula
