Higher Education Defined
I think that government should improve financial support to public institutions, in order to assure that more people can access higer education. The politcians should also invest in elementary school, to improve their students' chance to pass through the higher education exams. It's better to give money to public system than to private institutions, because it's difficult to know if the people who are receiving the benefit are the ones who really need financial suport.

ReplyDeleteThe access to the High Education is a flag used by many politicians and is right to confirm as a political orientation. But, in Brazil, this access in well know. The coasts of a good education are restrict to the well positioned class. Although the University is a dream of all students, the lower class cant´t support this price, and the reality is that only well prepared students can be successfull when a scholarship is in case. It´s a "romantic thinking" image with the quality of public school a normal student can arrived at the best universities by themself. Who arrives are, with public scharships, people that don’t need them.

In my opinion the goverment should provide our cities with good schools and univerities. And should give more educational grants for the people who really needs and don't encourage quotas for black people, low income etc., because some people who use this cotas don't need.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the goverment should encourage the private companies to give educational grants and however this companies receive discount in rates (like with culture).
