I'm writing to complain about the service you provide at this cyber café. I was there last week and I wasn't very satisfied.
In the first, when I sited in frot of the computer,it was broken or it was out of order.
It wasn't opened download my e-mails and I Couldn't listen my musics, too. It was a complete waste of my time.
The second problem, the place where the computers were, it was very noise, I couldn't read my e-mails, were impossible.I called the recepitionist, so she change me place, but the new local was worst.
The third, in this new local the chair that was in front of the computer, it was very old. The chair fell with me on the floor. The recepicionist fastly help me, but I didn't want use then.I was There about 20 minuts and payied $ 20 pounds. The service is very expensive.
I expect yours to give me a refund, otherwise the of your cyber café will called: " cyber café the worst of city"

ReplyDeleteLast friday, I needed to print a document, then I have been this Cyber Café. I disliked of your service because I spent about one hour to do log on in my e-mail and to print one page.
Fisrt, it has been to find one good computer. There was fifteen computers, but five was broken. After that, your provider was very slow, then I spent a long time to open my e-mail. When I got to open the document, I had problems with the printer. Afterward many attempts I got to print, but I don't like because the tonner was old so the document printed was bad.
I send this complaint because you need to do a best service, just as price that it's most expensive in the neighborhood.
I hope that I won't need your service again, but I sugest that you solve all problems and improve your service otherwise the best is to finish this Cyber Café.

ReplyDeleteI’ve been in your Cyber Cafe some times years ago, I returned yesterday and I have to say that was my last time. This because your services got really worse and apparently nobody cares about it. Went you open this Cyber Cafe the chairs were beautiful and comfortable, but now they are broken and the seats are ripped. It’s even no acceptable the velocity of the internet connection. It’s seems that the internet connection and your computer have never been upgraded. Furthemore, the air conditioner was off and was really hot around the computers. Went I asked to turn it on I just realize why it was off. The machine started to make a lot of noise and we started to exhale cold air with dust. When was the last time that you rapair it and change the air conditioner filter?
To get it worse I've payed too much to stay less than one hour.
I really hope you realize in time that you need spending money fixing all the things, because your price don't match with your services.

ReplyDeleteLast week I stayed in your Cyber Café, but I was disappointed about some thinks. The chairs are too much uncomfortable – when I went out I was backache, another problem in your establishment is the speed of the connection, and it isn’t fast enough, I’ve to wait about 5 minutes to access just one site, when I access another site, I had to wait more 5 minutes. The noise in your business is other problem, there are many children and teenager if don’t respect the users, they’re screaming and playing games listening to music. I think, the price for one hour using the computers, is too much expensive, and we are poorly attended. I urge action too fast.

ReplyDeleteYesterday morning, I was doing an important job in my computer´s house when it stopped to work. So I remember that your cyber café stays in the end of my street and it was famous for the quality of the services there. But I have to confess that I’m very disappointed with your establishment.
It has so many computers broken, that the number of computers working was insufficient for all the people that were there. During the time I stay there, a lot of people went away when they saw the size of the line. I didn’t do the same because I really needed to use a computer in that day.
After wait one hour, I finally started to work. I thought that in thirty or forty minutes I would finish everything that I had to do. But the connection was so slow and the noise was so loud that I spent almost three hours.
When I finished and was paying my check I tried to make a complaint for your secretary, also because the price was incredible, but she starts to shout with me, and told me that I can go to another cyber café if didn’t like that. Well, I really would like to do this, but your establishment was the only close to my house, and maybe this is the reason for the bad quality. But I decided to write to you, also because I have known that a new Cyber Café will open in our neighborhood, so with you want to stay on the market, you really need to make some improvements in yours.

Yesterday I went to your Cyber Café, and I had a lot of problems: there aren’t many computers, and I wait 15 minutes for use a computer. After, the internet was very slow, and I couldn’t read all e-mails. I need to choice which e-mail read. I would access a site, but I couldn’t because the internet was very slow. After one hour I could read only five e-mails and then I went to home.

Turning on the computer it took several minutes to start the operating system was too slow.
When surfing the internet, new disappointment, the connection failed. I waited several minutes until the connection back.
I started getting angry because it was difficult to navigate the Internet.
The price paid is high in relation to poor service.
Only by solving the problems will reuse the services of the cyber cafe.

ReplyDeleteI’m writing to complain about the services you provide at your cyber café. I’ve used your services many times and I’ve always been satisfied. However, after March-2010 there was a decrease on service quality. The worst day was last Monday: First, the computers weren’t working as expected. There were too many virus and spam in the computers. The connection was slow so it was impossible to conclude downloads or talking with my friends using a cam.
I think, you should invest more money to improve the speed of connection and install a good ant-virus in all computers.
Besides, there was too much noise in the room. Teenagers were playing video game and talking high in the same room that people using computers. It was terrible!!
Suddenly a lot of people appeared. There were too many people in that room. There were no chairs or computers for so many people. The air conditioning wasn’t work properly so the room becomes too much hot.
It was a nightmare. However, the worst moment was when I paid the bill. USD 25.00 a hour!!! Too much expensive. The price per hour has increased a lot since March-2010.
Maybe, the new manager has been having difficulty to administrate your cyber café. If its quality not increases again I wont came back there another time. I will be waiting for any answer ASAP.

ReplyDeleteI’m writing to advise you that the Cyber Café services aren’t going very well. Firstly, the seats aren’t comfortable enough and there are a few chairs on this Cyber Café. You should buy new ones more comfortable and beautiful.
By the way, the speed connection isn’t very fast and fails sometimes when we change the sites.
In other hand, there is much noise in the Cyber Café, because there are many things to do in the same space. I propose you to separate the places of reading, eating, shopping and the internet place. Thus, you can put down the noise in each place.
Finally, you charge too much for these services so I propose you to charge a fixed price for 2 (two) hours.
