Cultura Express 5 - An e-mail of Complaint

Imagine you had the following problem :

You needed to use the services of a Cyber Café,
but you disliked pretty much everything there, s
uch as the lack comfort of the seats;
the slow speed of the connection;
 the noise of the room; the price of the service;
among other things.

Write an e-mail of complaint to the person in charge of the place,
explain the problems you've had
and ask for some action to be taken.
